One thing that motivated me to go 5 times in the beginning was that I WAS PAYING FOR THA GYM MEMBERSHIP! Heck, I'm goiung to get my money's...

cheat meal
Only ate an apple for breakfast cause my sister in law’s gramps wants me to take him to town to wash his car and go have lunch. He found an all you can eat pizza and salad bar :( I am hoping to stick to one piece of pizza and a salad. Wish me luck i am going to have to make this my cheat meal instead of the one I do on monday. Just hoping it don’t mess with my weigh in on monday cause...
