My food goals for the day If I get hungry in between meals only pic healthy choices and do not over eat.
Made a good food choice There is candy in my room and I have been hungry for an hour but chose to eat an apple.

Better days are coming. I really hope so I am sick of being the way I am now and things need to change. The only person that can change me is me I need to kick my self in the ass.
